I may say that this is the starting of the Disclosure, It is happening, little by little.
There are several points to be made here, including what technology will be possible within the projected timeframe, and in what kind of technology will people be able to operate?
They already rebuilt UFOs and they already reverse-engineered extraterrestrial technology since the 60s, the end of Second World War, maybe the Germans did it during the war.
This is not new to us, the only important thing is that they will confess.
We already know that in October 1952, U.S achieved the Gravity control, in USAP (Unacknowledged Special Access Programs).
