Many sources claim that meetings between US officials, foreigners, and others are increasing in frequency.
Michael Salla, an internationally recognized researcher and expert on international politics believes that information concerning contactees as well as testimony of military high-ranking staff members can be used to communicate extraterrestrial presence.
These sources also claim that Reptilians are the extraterrestrial organization involved in these meetings, along with many other cultures living on silicon.
These species have been monitoring and controlling the world for generations. In the hopes of creating a new type of human in the future, they are trying to make humanoid-like hybrids.
Another race, the Ebens (from the star system Zeta Reticuli), is also known. It is believed that this race has strong ties with military officials.
All of this data is part of a top-secret initiative known as “Project Serpo.” This endeavor entails a meeting between humans and Zeta Reticuli aliens.
